    If I know the IP of a machine thats causing trouble, how do I find its MAC address? I'm running XP Pro. It's not on the same network as I am but I can ping it, and I tried arp -a but its ip doesnt' appear in the arp list because its outside of my firewall.

  • Unable to ping an ip address from one of two systems. Both systems are on the same subnet going through the same default gateway. Both systems are online.

  • ping specifying source address in windows

    Can I make a extended ping on windows? I mean specifying the source IP I have a server with 3 IP address. I want to make a ping specifying the source IP address. There is some option in the ping command to do that, Or there is some application for this?? thanks in advance

  • Cannot Recieve an IP address

    I use my laptop at both home and work, untill recently it worked both places fine with no hitch. Now I can't get on my network at work... It's not the lan card because I works fine thru ethernet at home, but not at work, my work uses a Domain Name and I have set it up to work before with no problems...
