RECOMMEND SOLUTION TO COMBINE MULTIPLE IIS SERVERS LOGS, DISPLAY STATS AND BILL CUSTOMER

Dear Expert,

I have a website that is load balanced by 3 Windows 2003 IIS6 servers and 1 Windows 2002 IIS5 server.  The servers are in 4 different datacenters nationwide.  

Right now, in order to get combined statistics, I have to move the log files, combine them, and then run software.  The files are huge and this takes hours.  

Is there any software or solution that you can recommend that will easily take all 4 server logs, combine them and allow me to bill my customer?

Google analytics came to mind, but, I'm not sure that will be give me bandwidth utilization stats as well. Any comments on this will be helpful.

Using Splunk, or some other central logger will  eliminate the copy time.

You could also make the log files a share on a file server.

How big are the log files?  What is your network speed?

I don't know what type of computer you are running the analyzer program on, but you may want to look at getting one that has more memory and faster hard drives.
