However, if "comment" = "common" then all I can say right now (without further information) is that this is usualy a DNS problem. Now, a DNS problem can be caused by a network failure and, a network failure can be caused by a missconfiguration ... or, by a cable failure or ... by a firewall. A network failure could cause problems with your internet connectivity ...
In this case i'd say you have no internet connection ... That's why you must be more specific like: Is this a Internal website, are there any other machine on the network with the same problem, is there any machine working properly, ...
