Avaya IP Office Manger ve:7
i am using avaya IP office Manger system in my office. When i try to cal a a user who been busy on another line . It does'nt show any busy tone to me.
it keeps on showing the ringing tone. Is there any way to set a busy tone in that.
Solution: Avaya IP Office Manger ve:7
Don't remove all call appearances. Leave 2 on the phone. Disable Call waiting on the user and also tick "reserve last CA (CAll Appearance). If you want busy tone disable VM also. If you want VM in some cases (if using VM Pro) then use routing in the LEAVE mail action - Call Type Internal - Busy, External - Leave Mail.
