Actiontech MI424WR configurations

Hi All,

I got Verizon Fios that came along with a actiontec mi424wr wireless router. I had road runner and a sonicwall before. I was able to configure it to port forward port 25 and 80, and 443 so that i can access OWA.

Now i have the actiontech router. I can't seem to get this to work. I am able to drop the security to the minimal and configure it to forward the ports to my server. I am getting email but can't seem to get OWA working. I'm going nutz with this thing. I check actiontec.com but they don't have any support for this model. Anyone thoughts?

Solution: Actiontech MI424WR configurations

It's very possible that you new ISP is blocking port 80 (many do). If that's the case you can configure OWA to listen on a different port ie:8080 and forward teh port to that instead.
